iTunes (FTP)

cielo24 supports SCC file format which is required for iTunes. If you would like to make a caption request you can upload the source media (direct or via an FTP) to the cielo24 Portfolio. Once processed, captions will be returned to your Portfolio and can then be attached to your iTunes media. We can also setup to return SCC format caption files to an FTP server. 

All caption requests can be approved in your Portfolio if Customer Authorization is enabled. Completed captions will return via your FTP server (if setup) as SCC caption files that are usable with iTunes.
