We accept custom glossaries at a global account level (all submitted jobs) and job notes (individual jobs) to provide for our transcriptionists. These notes will be used by our transcriptionists to help them transcribe information such as key entity names, locations, etc. This helps ensure the highest accuracy and quality of transcript possible.
Global Account Glossary
1. Login to your Portfolio
2. Go to the Info tab
3. Click on Glossary
4. You can put any relevant information in the glossary box for your account to later be used by our transcriptionist workforce when processing your jobs.
- These notes will appear on every job submitted
5. Click Add
Per Job Notes
1. Login to your Portfolio
2. Click Upload Media
3. Scroll down to Terms, Names, etc. to aid in transcription
4. You can put any relevant information in this box for your upload to later be used by our transcriptionist workforce when processing your job.
5. Click Submit Job
