Ordering Foreign Transcriptions


cielo24 Self Serve is proud to offer foreign transcriptions for multiple languages. In order to upload media to your cielo24 Self Serve account for foreign transcription, first sign in at: https://ssp.cielo24.com/. Once logged into your portal, select the orange “Upload” button in the top right corner of your screen.


Once selected you can either click and drag your files into our upload center, or you can click “Add Files” and select them from your computer’s saved files.


Please note that files larger than 1GB (1000 MB) will not upload. Should your file size exceed 1GB, it is recommended that you strip the audio from you media and only upload the audio. Typically, audio is much smaller in terms of storage space, while video takes up much more space.


In addition, the file type must be one of the following:

*.mp3, *.mp4, *.flv, *.wmv, *.avi, *.mpeg, *.aac, *.aiff, *.au, *.ogg, *.3gp, *.flac, *.ra, *.m4a, *.wma, *.m4v, *.caf, *.cf, *.mov, *.mpg, *.webm, *.wav, *.asf, *.amr


*TIP: You can submit up to 21 files at the same time to be uploaded for transcription!*


Once your files have been selected and queued up, select “Start Upload.” This will prompt you to fill out an important details screen.


The first detail that needs to be filled in is the language detail. The selected language should reflect the primary language that this spoken in the media. Our system currently supports French, German, and Spanish. In the future, additional supported languages will be added.


Once one of the available foreign languages is selected, ensure that Human Transcription is selected. After the details page is filled out and completed, click the blue “Save” button. This will in turn bring you to the Foreign Transcription product page.


Once you have selected the product that best suits your needs, you can click the blue “Continue” button on the bottom right corner of the screen.


You will then be prompted to input your billing information and review your order prior to submission. Your credit card will not be charged until your transcriptions are completed and returned to your account.
