Downloading Media Transcriptions on cielo24 Self Serve

In order to download your media’s transcriptions, first log into your cielo24 Self Serve account at: https://ssp.cielo24.com/. From here, select the blue lettering of any previously uploaded media.

Once your media has been selected, you can download your media’s transcriptions. Select the download arrow that is located towards the bottom right side of your screen. Once selected, you will be able to pick from three different file types for your transcriptions consisting of: .PDF, .RTF, and .SRT. These three file types are amongst the most common and widely used transcription formats, and should satisfy all of your needs.
