How To Order High Quality Human Transcriptions on cielo24 Self Serve

If you previously uploaded a video for Machine Transcription, but later decided that you would like a higher quality transcription, a Human Transcription would be a great option available to you. First select the blue letter link of the file that you wish to upgrade to Human Transcription.

Once selected, click on the orange “Order Human Transcript” button towards the bottom right side of your screen.

This will take you to our Human Transcription product screen. We have 5 different products available to choose from varying in quality, turnaround time, and Speaker ID!

If selecting Human Transcription, you will next be brought to our product screen. From here, select the product that best suits your needs. Once selected, you can click the blue “Continue” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

You will then be prompted to input your billing information and review your order prior to submission. Your credit card will not be charged until your transcriptions are completed and returned to your account.
