cielo24 Self Serve Mass Download Feature

In order to upload media to your cielo24 Self Serve account, first sign in at: https://ssp.cielo24.com/. Once signed in, you will be brought to your home screen. This screen displays all previously uploaded and transcribed media.

If the media has an orange check mark next to the title, this means that human transcribing is in progress for this media. If the media has a green check mark next to it, then human transcribing  has been completed for said media. Should there be no check mark next to the media, then this media has only been mechanically transcribed.

Regardless of the status of your media, the mass download feature will be available to use. In order to utilize this tool, first select your desired media to download. You can do this by clicking the check boxes to the left of your media’s title.

Once you have selected all of the files you wish to download transcriptions for, next click the “Download Transcript” button. This will prompt a drop down menu of three different downloadable file types. The three options include: *.pdf, *.rtf, *.srt. Each of these file types serve a unique purpose. For example, should you wish to include on screen closed captioning for your media,.srt file format would be the one for you.

After selecting a file format, a zip folder will download. This folder will contain all your selected media transcriptions. Should you need multiple file formats, you can repeat the process and select a different file format.
