Introducing cielo24’s Self Serve Prepay Credits! With Self Serve Prepay, you can now load up as much funds into your personal Self Serve account as you’d like and use them for either Human or Mechanical transcription orders.
Purchasing Credits:
In order to add credits to your cielo24 Self Serve account, first click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of your screen. From here, you will need the click the “Add Funds” tab on the left side of the screen.
Once you have arrived at the Add Funds page, you will be given two ways to add funds to your account. You can either make a one time purchase or use a credit card that is stored within our system, the choice is yours!
After inputting your credit card information and placing and adding funds to your account, now click the “My Content” button in the top right corner of your screen. Once you have arrived at the home screen, you will see your credits reflected next to your name.
*Please note that Trial Credits are different than Current Funds. Trial Credits can only be used for mechanical transcription orders and the system will default to this when ordering.
Ordering With Prepay Credits:
Now that your account is loaded up with credits, you are ready to begin ordering Human and Mechanical transcriptions! Should you need help ordering Human Transcriptions please visit one of our other helpful How-To articles that can be found Here.
After you have submitted your order and are at the checkout screen, you will be presented with 4 different payment options:
- Billing Information (Using a stored credit card on file)
- One Time Credit Card
- Stored Credits (Using prepay credits)
- Account Code (Using a promo code)
The option for utilizing your prepay credits will be option number 3: Stored Credits. Simply review your order details, and then click “Place Your Order”. Whala! You have ordered your first human transcript using prepay credits!
